I'm in love with this guitar. The last time I saw it, it was in the back of a car with the sun hitting it beautifully. I was so upset I didn't have a camera. This time, I only had my phone, but managed to get a shot of it. Lol, you can bet I will try to get some shots of it with the Canon.

This one requires backstory. In the 1920s, there was a flood that washed through the Signal Hill area. Most of the headstones in Municipal Cemetery were destroyed. After the flood had ebbed, the destroyed headstones were allowed to be used as part of a retaining to prevent such things from happening again, on the condition they were all to face backward, with none of the deceased's names legible. All of the headstones used in the wall were set backward, except for one, Mr. Woodruff's, which was a mistake that caused an uproar, but was never corrected.

Municipal Cemetery is the oldest in the city and is such a great throwback to days past, Long Beach's rich history, and I actually have family buried there, so it's one of my favorite places.
