[11] - Welcome Home

Horrible, with the "night shot" pre-set. I think I left my ISO low on this one, but it's horribly two-dimensional. Harumph.

[9] - Polkadots

Messing more with my macro settings, I took this pic of my shoe.

[8] - Seagrass (A two-fer)

This is a semi-closeup of a seagrass rug. I played with my macro settings and got it to this, though it's not super clear:

I still think it's cool.

The beauty of scale.

[4] - Bedroom Window

Who needs curtains when you have a naked window and went through a scarf phase a couple of years back?

[3] - Palms and Poles

Just a couple of palms and a telephone pole with years of vine growth on it.

[2] - The Face of Mischief.

I know pets are not the best subjects for point-and-shoot cameras, but my dogs are my favorite things, so expect to see them. I was fooling with white balances and I am pretty happy about how this one came out.

I love the sunlight through his ear, and the reflections in his eyes. The colors in the photo are very true.

[1] - Typical.

In my attempts to get friendly with my new camera, I fiddled with the settings and turned to my right, and snapped this photo. I really do like how the sunlight coming in from the doorway washes out and how Holly's brindle coat is clear. :)
